HOW IT WORKS

  • Choose a day and time that works for you from our classes.  Please enquire if you have any questions.

     

  • Book and pay for your session.

     

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • In the case of illness or injury, or inclement weather (over 36 degrees C, or significantly wet), you will be able to reschedule your booking.

  • Wear comfortable, appropriate exercise attire for your session, and make sure you are comfortable.

  • Click on the Zoom link in your confirmation email or turn up for your session. If it’s your first time using Zoom, it will prompt you to download a software. Don’t worry, this is perfectly safe. After you joined the meeting activate your sound and camera so I can hear and see you, too.

  • Booking is recommended to be made at least 48 hours in advance. This assures that you can get a time slot that works best for you and any changes to your booking (if need be) can be made as needed.

  • Clients must consult their doctor prior to practicing yoga or any physical activity.  Where appropriate, a pre-exercise questionnaire must also be completed.

  • Wrongfully using my services, any rude or inappropriate behavior or questions will result in cancellation of booking with no refund.
